Black Box Vision Enclosures

As part of the Packline, the Camera Box Enclosure is part of the Carton Inspection process and is used to inspect empty shelf cartons before they are formed and loaded with the pouch and documentation. The PackLine is an automated medical device packaging system that processes sealed product pouches and packages them into cartons. The machine performs pouch handling, carton feeding and forming, vision inspection, documentation insertion, product loading, labeling, serialisation, sealing, quality verification, and reject management. Integrated conveyors, robots, vision systems, barcode scanners, printers, and inspection stations ensure that each packaged product meets specified quality and traceability requirements before being discharged from the line.
