CPS Connect collects your name, optional company, email, question and conversation when you consent to submitting an enquiry. If you request a Technical Sales Engineer callback, it also records your telephone number, preferred contact time, requirements and callback consent. These records are available to authorised CPS Admin users for review and follow-up. Requests do not automatically send email or book appointments.
Before joining the live chat, visitors must confirm access to their email address using a one-time code sent by CPS. Codes expire after 10 minutes. CPS stores a protected verification record and applies sending and attempt limits to reduce misuse. Verification confirms access to the email address; it does not establish the visitor’s identity.
Your visitor chat access token expires after seven days. Expiry does not automatically delete the server record. CPS can review and delete the complete conversation and contact details through Admin. Please contact CPS through the Contact page for a data-related request.
The local model answers from published CPS content and approved FAQs. An optional external AI provider can be configured separately by the operator. It receives selected public source information and questions, with submitted form contact fields excluded and matching names, companies, emails and telephone numbers redacted. Avoid entering sensitive information in free-text questions, as other personal information may remain.
