Thermal polymer bonding with air cooling and automatic unloading.
The Hot Jaw Thermal Bonder bonds distal array jacket (DAJ) polymer material to the inner sub-assembly. The bonder incorporates air-cooling system to cool the bonded material, along with automatic unload capability.
