A fully automated cell brings together pouch handling, purging and sealing, product tracking, documentation loading and box erection. Carton inspection and shipper-box loading and taping complete the delivered packaging sequence.

The sequence continues through carton inspection to shipper-box loading and taping. The delivered equipment connects these final packaging operations in one automated cell.

Robotic Product Transfer

A FlexLink conveyor system integrates six-axis robotic tray handling with a delta robot for product transfer. The equipment build coordinates incoming product flow, tray movement and robotic placement within one transfer unit.

Product transfer that brings conveyor flow, robotic placement and tray handling together within one coordinated equipment build.

The Equipment

A FlexLink conveyor system is integrated with a six-axis robot for tray handling and a delta robot for product transfer. The conveyor and robots provide the handling stages within the transfer unit.

The Delivered Sequence

Incoming product flow, tray movement and robotic placement are coordinated within one transfer unit. This project combines the conveyor system and both robotic handling functions in the same equipment build.

PHARMA HANDLING

Vial Accumulation & Tray Packing

An end-of-line system accumulates and transfers vials into shipping trays, with an integrated print station. The equipment supports vial diameters from 16 mm to 50 mm, combining conveyor handling and packing in one line.

Spin Coating With Process Monitoring

A plastic-disc coating machine integrates viscosity measurement, coating recirculation and robotic handling. A custom spring conveyor and vision tracking coordinate product movement through the coating process.

Flexible Low-Volume Packaging

A mobile packaging cell combines manual operations with a collaborative robot. Camera-based documentation inspection and product identification are integrated with gluing, box closing and good-or-reject verification.

Precision Balloon-Forming Equipment
